1 - General Rules

1- The commission can't be used for comercial stuff, like mugs, T-shirts, and similar things2- The customer can crop the image without any problem for personal use3- The art always need to be credited, just the name of the artist, no links needed4- The customer agrees in not crop the signature of the drawing in purpose5- The customer agrees in not edit or ask for another artist edit the commission without my permission6- Please tell me if you have a time limit for the commission, we can discuss if i'm capable of doing it in the time you need it!

2.Payments / Refunds

1- Payments are only trought Paypal for now2- The entire commission value needs to be paid after the initial sketch.3- Refunds are just made in certain circunstances
3.1 If the commission is not iniciated, you can have 50% of the full value
3.2 If the commission is on a sketch phase, you can have 30% of the full value
3.3 If the commission already passed of the sketch phase but is not complete, you can have 10% of the full value
If the commission are finished you cannot ask for a refund.
If you received a refund in some phase of the not complete drawing, you can still have the drawing for personal use, but you agree in not edit or ask for another artist edit my art.4- I can cancel the commission any time for any reason. If i cancel it for personal reasons the customer will receive the full refund, independent of the phase of the drawing. But if you didn't gave clear instructions, references, ideas or i receive any rude treatment coming by the customer i can cancel the commission and give a refund using the drawing phase as a reference for the refund value.

3.Revisions / Corrections

1- The customer needs to be clear and objective in the instructions, you will receive a screenshot of the sketch phase, in the lineart phase and the flatcolor phase of the drawing.2- In the sketch phase you can order to change the full pose 3 times, small changes have no limits.3- Any changes after the sketch phase (with the exception of color correction) will be charged a fee of 5usd for each change.4- I will not edit the commission after 48 hours of the commission be finished, please ask changes before that time limit.
